Reimagining the neighborhood restaurant as an all-day destination, this 3,500 sq ft concept transforms an existing warehouse into a warm, thoughtfully curated environment in West Palm Beach. The adaptive reuse of a once-derelict structure prioritizes preservation, character, and layered materiality, creating a backdrop for great coffee, artisanal pastries, and a full breakfast-and-lunch menu. Intuitive circulation, moments for pause, and a small grab-and-go grocery element support everyday rituals, while the design balances industrial heritage with an elevated, approachable sensibility — currently in development.
