Ownership of this 300-unit apartment complex wanted to reimagine the common spaces in an effort to create a usable and inviting place for residents to enjoy. The 2,622 SF area needed to function as an extension of the apartments, but had previously lacked definition. By creating a thickened wall with a kitchen on one side and an office center on the other, the large space was broken into zones for different usage occasions. The remaining space was divided into two lounge areas: the first of which was set with a large sofa and TV, while the other offers a less formal seating arrangement.
